Youโll receive a text notifying you when the delivery driver is heading to you with your order, and another text when the driver is arriving. The agent will arrive in a discreet, unmarked vehicle wearing a lanyard with their WholesomeCo Courier Agent ID tags.
Please meet your driver at the door of your home or building and be ready to present your medical card (physical or digital copy) and government issued photo ID (state ID card / driver's license or a US passport / passport card) for verification.
Your medical card is required to have an expiration date on it. If there is not one on it, our driver will call our team and they can email you the correct medical card with the expiration date on it.
All government issued photo IDs need to be up to date and your driverโs license cannot be expired more than 6 months. If your ID has expired by more than 6 months, we are not allowed to accept it.
