You can view our online menu at wholesome.co/shop. You'll need to create an account and verify your medical card to place your order. Getting verified usually only takes a few minutes. If you've already registered, simply sign in at checkout.

Complete payment and receive your delivery at your door

Your delivery driver will arrive in a discreet, unmarked vehicle in your scheduled delivery window.

They'll check your medical card and government ID, then collect your debit card payment.

Where can I get cannabis delivery?

How do I place a delivery order?

To place a delivery order, simply add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.

At checkout, there will be an option for either pickup or delivery. Once you select delivery, you will be able to choose from available dates and times in your area. Choose a convenient time for you to be home to accept your delivery.

We offer same-day delivery in many areas, or you can schedule your delivery up to 7 days in advance.
Please note that we are only allowed to deliver to your address on file in EVS.

What payment methods can I use for delivery?

We accept Visa and Mastercard PIN debit cards and cash.

Debit

As of Wed April 10th, 2024 we have a new debit card provider and are pleased to announce that this experience will be even easier and more reliable for customers!

Debit transactions will no longer be run as “cashless ATM withdrawals” like they have in the past. Therefore, they will no longer be rounded up to the nearest $5 or $10 increment and we will not have to issue you change.

Instead, transactions will be processed in the exact amount owed. Just select “debit” during checkout and your driver will collect payment at your door. Once you tap or insert your chip, you'll be required to enter your debit card PIN. Please ensure funds are available.

Our new provider accepts most chip or tap enabled Visa and Mastercard debit cards, though at times cards issued by certain banks may not work. In this case, it's a good idea to have cash on hand as a backup if you're using a new card or one that hasn't worked in the past.

Please Note: Debit transactions will appear on your statement as “Regala Card” and not as “WholesomeCo.”

Cash

Your driver will accept cash at the door. Please have cash ready upon arrival.

For security reasons, our drivers do not carry change. If you can’t pay in exact change, any overpayment will be given to your driver as a tip! We cannot provide account credit for the difference of cash given to the driver.

Hypur

Hypur is a popular checkout option for cannabis companies, and many of our patients have used it in the past. Our new integration makes submitting payments easier than ever: during checkout, you can sign in and connect your Hypur account. We’ll ask you to verify your Personal Access Code (PAC) when submitting your order, and that’s it!

What should I expect the day of my cannabis delivery?

The patient or caregiver must be home to accept the delivery.

You’ll receive a text notifying you when the delivery driver is heading to you with your order, and another text when the driver is arriving. The agent will arrive in a discreet, unmarked vehicle wearing a lanyard with their WholesomeCo Courier Agent ID tags.

Please meet your driver at the door of your home or building and be ready to present your medical card (physical or digital copy) and government issued photo ID (state ID card / driver's license or a US passport / passport card) for verification.

Your medical card is required to have an expiration date on it. If there is not one on it, our driver will call our team and they can email you the correct medical card with the expiration date on it.

All government issued photo IDs need to be up to date and your driver’s license cannot be expired more than 6 months. If your ID has expired by more than 6 months, we are not allowed to accept it.
