That’s why we’ve updated our drive-thru pattern to create a smoother, safer, and more efficient flow for customers picking up their orders. Whether you’re a frequent visitor or stopping by for the first time, here’s everything you need to know about our new traffic pattern.

Why the Change?

As one of Utah’s leading medical cannabis pharmacies, we’re constantly growing and adapting to serve you better. Our previous drive-thru setup sometimes led to congestion, confusion, and delays, particularly during peak hours. With our new pattern, we aim to:

• Reduce wait times
• Improve safety for both drivers and pedestrians
• Streamline entry and exit points for better traffic flow
• Prevent blocked access points and bottlenecks

How the New Drive-Thru Works

When you arrive at WholesomeCo, follow the updated directional signs to navigate the new flow. Here’s what to expect:

• Enter from the designated driveway on the east side of the building. Look for directional arrows to guide you.
• Follow the marked path that loops around the back of the building, ensuring a continuous flow of traffic.
• Stay in line and avoid blocking intersections or parking spaces to keep the area clear for other customers and employees.
• Pull up to the pickup window when it’s your turn, and have your ID and order information ready for a quick transaction.
• Once you have picked up your order, please exit the drive-thru by turning left and going around the back of the facility. Please exit by turning right, this will have you come out next to Lowe's
• Drive Safe!

Key Reminders for a Hassle-Free Experience

• Follow the arrows and posted signs—these will help keep traffic moving in the right direction.
• Do not block the entrance or exit areas, especially the "Do Not Block" zone near the driveway. This ensures that customers and employees can safely enter and exit the lot.
• Have your order ready for pickup before arriving to keep the line moving efficiently.
• Be patient and courteous to fellow customers and staff. The new system is designed to improve wait times, but a little cooperation goes a long way.
