WholesomeCo is the place to come to get your Utah Medical Cannabis card.  We work with QMP clinics from around the state to make Wholesome a one stop shop.  Get your medical card, see a pharmacist, and shop the same day.

What to bring for your appointment:

• Current state ID or US Passport
• Device to access the EVS System (New Patients are encouraged to create a profile in advance)
• Payment (please note that the $15 state fee can only be paid via debit/credit)

 

Our Patient Referral Program: Give $30, Get $30

To refer a patient, simply share your link with them. When a new patient registers via your link, we’ll send them $30 in account credit to use toward their first purchase. You’ll also get $30 in credit once they complete their first order.
